In the spot-the-Doctor-Who preview file, a preview of what to look forward to from the San Antonio Express-News (sadly, requiring a registration) lists the new Doctor Who as one of the TV series to look out for in 2005. Of course, there still isn't any official word on when or where the new tv series will air in the USA, but I imagine that is only a matter of time.
Outpost Gallifrey is predicting a March 26th start in the UK, and that's been my guess as well, based on what you can guess based on various other pieces of information.
